1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using AutoRemind.ai ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AutoRemind.ai. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
AutoRemind.ai is an AI-powered reminder platform that helps you schedule and deliver follow-up reminders via multiple communication channels, including email, SMS, and messaging apps. The Service uses artificial intelligence to understand natural-language instructions and automate reminder workflows.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.
3. User Accounts
Registration
You must sign in with a valid Google account to use AutoRemind.ai. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for maintaining the security of your credentials.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU) to use the Service. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Account Accuracy
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. Impersonating another person or organization is prohibited.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use AutoRemind.ai to:
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk commercial communications.
- Harass, threaten, or harm any individual or group.
- Violate any applicable law or regulation, including privacy and anti-spam laws.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
- Use the Service to train competing AI models without express written consent.
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features of the Service.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
5. AI Services
AutoRemind.ai uses large language models to interpret your instructions and generate reminder content. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated output may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected. Always review reminders before relying on them.
- You are solely responsible for the content and timing of reminders you send through the Service.
- We do not guarantee that AI processing will be error-free or uninterrupted.
- You must not input sensitive personal data (e.g. health records, payment card numbers) into AI prompts.
6. Email & Calendar Integration
By connecting your Gmail or other email accounts, you grant AutoRemind.ai permission to access those accounts as described in our Privacy Policy.
You represent and warrant that you have the right to connect any account you integrate with the Service — including that you are not violating the terms of service of those third-party providers by doing so.
AutoRemind.ai is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party email services, or for any failure to deliver reminders caused by issues outside our control (e.g. spam filters, carrier delays, API outages).
7. Billing & Payments
Free Tier
AutoRemind.ai currently offers a free tier with usage limits. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans in the future with reasonable advance notice.
Paid Plans (future)
When paid plans are introduced, subscription fees will be charged in advance on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or explicitly stated in the pricing terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Changes to Pricing
We will provide at least 30 days' notice before changing subscription prices. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
8. Intellectual Property
Our IP
AutoRemind.ai and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
Your Content
You retain ownership of the content you input into the Service (reminder text, email context, etc.). By submitting content, you grant AutoRemind.ai a limited, non-exclusive license to process and store that content solely to provide the Service to you.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that reminders will always be delivered on time or at all, as delivery depends on third-party channels outside our control.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUTOREMIND.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL — ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) $50 USD.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AutoRemind.ai and its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
12. Termination
You may delete your account and stop using the Service at any time through the account settings.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if we determine, in our reasonable judgment, that you have violated these Terms, applicable law, or that your actions threaten the security or integrity of the Service or other users.
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases. Sections on Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law survive termination.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AutoRemind.ai operates, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
14. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and notify you via email or in-app notice at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
