autoremind.ai Terms of Service

By creating an account or using autoremind.ai ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.

These Terms are a legal agreement between you and autoremind.ai. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

autoremind.ai is an AI-powered reminder platform that helps you schedule and deliver follow-up reminders via multiple communication channels, including email, SMS, and messaging apps. The Service uses artificial intelligence to understand natural-language instructions and automate reminder workflows.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.

You agree not to use autoremind.ai to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk commercial communications.
• Harass, threaten, or harm any individual or group.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation, including privacy and anti-spam laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Use the Service to train competing AI models without express written consent.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features of the Service.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

autoremind.ai uses the OpenAI API to interpret your instructions and generate reminder content. OpenAI is contractually prohibited from using your data for model training, advertising, or resale. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated output may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected. Always review reminders before relying on them.
• You are solely responsible for the content and timing of reminders you send through the Service.
• We do not guarantee that AI processing will be error-free or uninterrupted.
• You must not input sensitive personal data (e.g. health records, payment card numbers) into AI prompts.

By connecting your Gmail or other email accounts, you grant autoremind.ai permission to access those accounts as described in our Privacy Policy.

By connecting an account, you confirm you have the right to do so. You also confirm that connecting it does not violate that provider's terms of service.

We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by third-party issues outside our control, such as spam filters, carrier delays, or API outages.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that reminders will always be delivered on time or at all, as delivery depends on third-party channels outside our control.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUTOREMIND.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) $50 USD.

You may delete your account and stop using the Service at any time through the account settings.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if we determine, in our reasonable judgment, that you have violated these Terms, applicable law, or that your actions threaten the security or integrity of the Service or other users.

Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases. Sections on Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law survive termination.
